Biography
Comrade General is a former KGB member who desires to bring back the great glory of the former USSR. To do this he plotted to summon The Great Red Bear who he believed would destroy the USA.
After his attempt to summon The Great Red Bear failed, the General decided to build a base on the island on which he now hunts the most dangerous (or most dispensable) game.
