Shey is a brat!  He's the kind of boy that parents don't like hanging around their own kid.  He is certainly no bully, in fact, he's quite sociable and popular, however, the youth is always getting himself and his friends into trouble with his pranks. 

 

Among Shey's favorite activities is filming his own "candid camera" type skits, in which he and his friends cause mischief at the local mall.  These videos can be found on popular online video websites.
