Biography
Slywind Reserve is a mysterious elven wizard who has lived in the city of Polywerp his entire life. Recently, Slywind created an organization called "Citizens for a Traditional Polywerp" or CTP for short. The charismatic elf recruits young elves and humans to the ranks of his organization.
