Tulio lives in a small temple in the town of Trovska.  Although he has made a vow never to fight, he will help those in need of healing.  The kind-hearted priest taught Datton the basics of healing magic.

 

After Taylor was injured, they gatorboy stayed with Tulio as Datton traveled toward the desert lands.

 

Despite Tulio's attempt to hide Taylor, Captain Barnoles discovered and arrested the 'monster' in "Desert Dreams".
