Located in 'some big American city', Napoleon Middle School is a public school serving a very large mostly-middle-class community.  The school consists of grades 6th through 8th -- and has a very hard time finding substitute teachers.

BIG CONTROVERSY!

In an effort to bring in school funds, Principal McLoud allowed an industrial company to store toxic waste in the school's basement!

BUG ATTACK!
Though Wunderboy saved the school from the toxic menace, he didn't seem to be around to help when the giant bugs attacked.
