The Polywerp School of Magic was founded by the Beholder known as 'Justice' as a facility to house, feed, and educate the orphans of Polywerp.  Despite being called a 'school of magic', the school, in fact, offers a full education in all subjects to its students.

Though it would seem to everyone that Justice's intentions were purely benevolent, there was, in fact, a sinister plot, for the multi-eyed gazer exploited his position as headmaster and was cruel to his students, even going so far as to use the orphans as a source of food.

After the death of Justice, Flerp the Ice Wizard, and one of the former teachers, assumed leadership of the school.  Unfortunately, he was later forced to go into hiding after being accused of kidnapping and murdering the prince of Port Aardvark.

The orphan students, which make up the vast majority of the student body, are assigned dorms -- each of which house 16 students -- each with four rooms (four students per room), a kitchen, a dining room, a study, and a general room.

The school is a large building in the Capitol District, made of purple bricks, as with much of Polywerp. It is made up of many dorms, each housing four students.
