The Quintaka Tribe are the native people of the Poly Jungle.  The tribe existed long before Polywerp was built and since then have happily co-existed with the people of the majestic city.

The tribe consists of hunters and gatherers.  Warriors are given much respect, only second the elders.  Around age twelve boys are sent on hunt to kill veks to prove their courage and strength.  Those who fail to slay veks are considered weak and will not become warriors.

Ancient History:
 

It is believed that the tribe was created when the people migrated from the desert to the jungle centuries ago, led by Mojave, who founded the Quintaka tribe and became its first chief.  Though non-tribal members aren't allowed to enter the Ancient Burial Temple, it is said that Mojave's skeletal remains still within his the tomb.
