Zasima has been crafting potions for about 800 years and is possibly the greatest alchemist of all time.

 

She was driven from her homeland by the witch hunter Nell and ended up in the forests of the new world where she was able to create potions in peace.  Perhaps one of her greatest accomplishments is creating life in a jar.
