King Croolz is the cruelest and wisest shark.  Though born among ordinary great whites, Croolz has a freakishly powerful brain, giving the fish the ability to speak and reason.

 

The Cult of the Shark King was formed by strange sea-dwelling beings to honor and serve Croolz.
