Se'ero is a silver-haired elf who was once a student of magic in Polywerp.  The young wizard failed a spell one day, resulting it the death of three other students.  Furious with his reckless behavior, the schoolmasters sold Se'ero into slavery.

 

In order to prevent him from using magic, his holder bound him with an anti-magic collar.
