Dodger, once Larcomn's steward, was recruited by Sane to help drive a wedge between Voonder and other leaders of the Wilder Clan.  To reward Dodger for his loyalty, Sane took him into House Mettz.

 

During the chaos of Sane's revolution, Dodger, along with Holden, managed to escape the Wilder Clan.
