Lynki is a prince, son of a Kytton queen.  His mother is a Kytton and his father is human, resulting in Lynki being a half-breed.  Having never even known his father, the catboy lives in his mother's royal palace and is training in the art of diplomacy.

 

Prince Lynki traveled with emissaries to meet Warlord Voonder of the Wilder Clan.  When Lykni attempted to present the goblin with a gift of friendship, Voonder grabbed the Kytton, mistaking him for the gift, and threatened to declaw and eat the young prince.  This led to kidnappings and bloodshed between the Wilder Clan and the Kyttons.
