Ro was arrested seven years ago and found guilty of eating 5,101 victims from various planets.  While serving his sentence, Ro is known to have eaten 247 young prisoners. He escaped Black Cage Prison two years ago and, since his escape, Ro has eaten at least 800 more victims.

 

He was last seen in the Tankarai System teaming up with Toci for an adventure.
