Sande is a "Newky" meaning he was born after the nuclear holocaust on December 21st, 2012.

 

He was originally from England and still has the accent.  At a young age, Sande was captured by mutants in London and sold into slavery, eventually making his way to be in the possession of the Triksta Twins in Seattle.
