Dr. Sonny, both a genius and a madman, brought dinosaurs back to life.  He is the founder and owner of Dinodopia Park, recently renamed Dinodopia World.

 

Despite multiple tragic occurrences, Dr. Sonny managed to open an even larger park, recently.  He has hired many employees, including his nephew, Seth.
