Taylor was once a normal, friendly boy who got caught up with a bad crowd of bullies.  He never did fit in with these thugs, but he hung around them to make himself feel strong.  These bullies picked on Anthony, who later became a vampire and dispatched of them, only sparing Taylor who was to be tormented.  Anthony mutated Taylor with a gator, making him into the creature he currently is.

 

After meeting (and nearly killing) Datton, he befriend the young paladin.
