Weever, or "Miss Weever" in her human form, is, by origins unknown, a monstrous freak.  She has two forms: her false human form of an innocent-looking young woman, and her true form: the hideous exoskeleton creature.

 

Wanting to be a good mother, Weever laid a bunch of eggs and planned to feed all of her newborns with anyone she could sucker into working at Regnad Toys, a company which she owns and uses as a cover.  Knowing her babies would hatch around Christmas, the devious woman hired some saps to stock toys at her store which would then become the first meal of her disgusting offspring.
