My opinion; that would be regular LiD, I would think. Buy Wunder's the final call on such things.

It depends how much is shown vs implied. If it's more implied, then the normal "LiD" section is good. If it is shown (victim is visually damaged or looks to be in extreme pain) then it's better in the Savage Camp.

If in doubt, error with the Savage Camp and I can always move it to the LiD section if that is more appropriate.
