Introduction

In the early days of Wundercomics, some characters, even those killed off, would get reused in other stories.

At the time I wasn't thinking long-term or of future stories.

Some of these early comics would later result in complexities with what is canon.

For example, Voonder shows up in Trick or Eat 1.5.  But the Trick or Eat series, especially from the 4th one, forward,

are clearly meant to be in the modern, normal world ... while Voonder exists in a fantasy realm.

Similarly, Kyle and Brett exist both in the fantasy world with Datton but are also meant to be from the modern world for their time-traveling series.

This comic of the month should help clear up the Kyle and Brett story issues.

Trivia

Kyle and Brett were created for a very minor role as victims in Lad the Impaler.

It's safe to say that the Kyle and Brett seen in Impaler are not the same duo seen

in the time-traveling comics.

"Hi, I'm Dr. Talar, expert on the 5h Dimension!

There are infinite realities.  Kyle and Brett exists in both

Lad the Impaler and the time-traveling trilogy but they are different versions of duo."

Or some BS.

"Brett and Kyle's Ridiculous Misadventure" was largely influenced by

"Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure" one of my favorite childhood movies.

These were three separate comics created from 2004-2006.

Later, they were cleaned up a bit and merged into a single package.

For this Comic of the Month, I've further improved the package with new covers and some other fine tuning.

I make no claim that the historical time periods or cultures are accurate.

In fact, things are so inaccurate, it's ridiculous.

Think of their adventures going through an alternate Earth's history where

there's some hint of similarity, but it certainly doesn't match real history.

Kyle likely saw "Back to the Future 3", another time-travelling western.

He used Marty's idea to protect himself and win his shoot-out.

I didn't know at the time, but Marty got the idea from "A Fistful of Dollars" which I'd see sometime later.
