This comic and its title drew influence from the cult movie "The Toxic Avenger" from 1984.

The plan was to create a series of Wunderboy comics and the original cover's "Episode 1" text reflects that.

The comic didn't sell very well and I dropped the idea of more Wunderboy stories.

There was a second episode planned titled "The Malimax Code" with the villain being Whoindeed's Malimax character.

Though the comic was never created, there are a few nice drawings from the idea.

Poor Kaden / Wunderboy was essentially abandoned after the Toxic Absolver.

Over the years I had kept thinking about brining him back but it didn't happen until 2018.

Wunderboy was finally brought back about a decade later in "Directive Zero" to battle the boybots.

His look was updated and he's found a few superhero friends since the Toxic Absolver.

I've remade the cover using the "Directive Zero" Wunderboy look.

Two versions of the cover:  2007 and 2019.
