Krambo's Kave is a run-down scuzzy tavern and inn located in the slums of Polywerp.  While the owner, Krambo, does his best to maintain a lawful establishment, the Kave often attracts the worst types of scum: killers, thieves, etc, who scheme and brag about their exploits.
