Far south of Polywerp, where the Rio Serpente meets the sea, Puma Qhapaq was founded as a colony centuries ago by Polywerp pioneers.  The colony with a mixture of Polywerp descendants and local tribal peoples, eventually rebelled and won its independence, becoming the largest city state in the southern jungles.

Puma Qhapaq is known for its wild costumed street fairs which attracts tourists from all over the world.

 

Its economy relies heavily upon tourism and the local ore mines.
