"Chef the Butcher" is the title granted to the insane cook at Camp Mosquito.  His real name is Charles -- so he claims.

Charles is still the head chef at Camp Mosquito, and continues to claim victims every summer.  The dumbfounded camp owners and baffled police have never solved these crimes.
