Trovska is a small village located far from the sea, deep in the Everdark Forest.

Seeking a semi-secluded location, Pter the Vampire, self-declared Lord of Monsters built his castle on the outskirts of Trovska and proclaimed that whoever sat upon the Throne of Monsters would be the Lord of Monsters. He found many followers, among them were the demon twins Daymi and Jaymi.  Pter is also known for his science lab in which he created his own mutated monsters to serve him.

Anthony, once a bullied boy, was bitten and turned undead by Pter; The bullies were later slaughtered by Anthony, all but Taylor, whom he mutated into a gatorboy. Because of his brutality, Anthony was dubbed "Lad the Impaler" by the people of Trovska. Later the lad, deciding Pter's rule was too dull and old-fashion, assassinated the vampire lord and declared himself the new Lord of Monsters.

Trovska is ruled by a mayor, elected every five years. No larger jurisdiction has claim of the small town, making them sovereign.
