Shark Lake

Though it is a sovereign city, there is no doubt the culture of Shark Lake is heavily influenced by the massive Polywerp, just on the other side of the jungle.  In fact, many of Polywerp's wealthiest citizens choose Shark Lake as a nice place to retire.  This, however, only adds to the increasingly elitist class system and a shrinking of the middle class.

GOVERNMENT and HISTORY:
Founded by fisherman, centuries ago, Shark Lake has evolved into a beautiful city along the banks of a large and mysterious lake (also known as Shark Lake).  Much like Polywerp, Shark Lake is rules by a Lord and City Council, all of whom are elected.
