Holden, from an upper-class family in Shark Lake, considers himself to be very magnetic to 'chicks' -- charming, smooth, and the like.

When his sister was captured by a gang of goblins, Holden rescued Voonder from prison in hopes the goblin would help him rescue her.

 

Though his sister was liberated, Holden became a slave and prisoner to the new goblin Warlord, Voonder, upon their return to the goblin tribe.
