Biography
Admiral Licehair is a dreaded space pirate.
Mutation!
Licehair had kidnapped and held Cadet Richmond for ransom. He demanded Glugwig eggs. His plan failed and the pirated ended up mutating with the alien DNA, turning him into a hideous beast.
